🥁DMESC and GFESC foster grandparents enjoyed workshops this month on the benefits of exercise and how important it is to stay in shape at any age. Our grandparents strive to stay fit to better serve their students and teachers. UAMS Institute on Aging representatives taught all of the foster grandparents how exercise doesn't have to be dull. All of the grandparents participated in 🥁 Drums Alive 🥁 where you play unique drums with music to exercise. As you can tell by the photos a great time was had by all!! 🥁
This session is for those who chose a Pathway for Proficiency requiring an extra decoding day. It will cover defining, teaching, and assessing decoding for lasting word storage.
