CS teachers gathered for a day of collaboration and fun to enhance their computer science teaching toolkits. They participated in hands-on activities, including Lego algorithms and Pumpkin Programming, which they can implement in their classrooms. Additionally, teachers took part in a Raspberry Pi escape room, gaining inspiration for using Raspberry Pi devices that some will receive through an ADE grant.
Thank you Ashley Kincannon for investing your time in DMESC Computer Science teachers! We appreciate all that you do!!

The Foster Grandparent Program of DMESC and GFESC did their 911 Service Project this past week. The project honors those who lost their lives on 911 by giving back to our communities. This year grandparents collected money to buy nonperishable food items for five different schools' backpack programs and to put in blessing boxes throughout our coop area for anyone who needs it. It was a blessing for the grandparents to give and hopefully, a blessing for those who receive it.
