Co-op Pantry: candy, chips, drinks, salads & microwaveable sandwich options We accept CashApp for payment for lunch and Co-op Pantry purchases. (We still accept cash and checks as well but we have added this option for your convenience.)

🎉 Today, we had the pleasure of honoring Jayne Cole and Karla Byrne as they approach their well-deserved retirements. Jayne has been an integral part of our team since the coop's inception in 1985, contributing an astounding 38 years of dedication and expertise. Karla has made a lasting impact over the past 6 years, leaving an indelible mark on our organization. We extend our warmest wishes to both of them as they transition into this exciting new chapter. Tyra Hobson held a meeting with DMESC school technology teams today, delivering valuable insights on existing cyber laws and outlining a collaborative plan set to begin in the fall. Jerald Pucket, a Systems Engineer at HPE, presented the capabilities and new features of Aruba Central. The board took the opportunity to recognize Jayne Cole for her distinguished service as she prepares to retire at the end of June, celebrating her invaluable contributions over the years. Doug Graham and Tate Gordon from the Nashville school district delivered an insightful presentation shedding light on their data desegregation.
A commencement ceremony was held to celebrate Year 3 Novice Teachers who successfully completed the Novice Mentoring Program. The event featured refreshments, gifts, and a video on the Educator Career Continuum and future career pathways, delivered by Capri Salaam, the Arkansas Teacher of the Year. DMESC's mentoring program is led by Amy Montgomery. Congratulations to all of these educators! DMESC is very proud of you!
